Founder, Managing Partner

Leo is an enthusiastic entrepreneur, a visionary technologist and a people leader. In his 14 years of tenure in the technology sector, Leo has driven business growth in a broad-spectrum of industries including enterprise software, IT services, semiconductor, and IoT. Driven by his passion in technology and leading teams, Leo founded Mount Healy Capital to acquire and grow one exceptional business in the technology sector.

Prior to Mount Healy Capital, Leo was the Chief of Staff at EverOps, an IT service company, where he owned growth-critical initiatives. Business process improvements led by Leo have unlocked oversized top line growth for EverOps. Prior to EverOps, Leo was an engineering manager at Qualcomm, where he grew a team from himself to 20 engineers globally. Leo’s team facilitated Qualcomm’s entry into the automotive market and supported this nascent business growing from zero to over $1B. Leo has also served as a management consultant at PwC focusing on sales process improvements, and as a marketing consultant at Zuora, an enterprise SaaS company.
